We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult since you cannot try on items before purchasing. If for some reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your order, please follow the steps below.
We accept returns that are received by us within 15 days of purchase.
Items purchased with promo codes over 20% are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
*This includes site-wide discounts as well as discount codes.Sale items and embroidered/monogrammed items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges. No exceptions.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and have all original tags still attached. Items returned to us with makeup stains or similar product stains will be shipped back to you or donated and will not be eligible for return.We allow 3 returns per month, per customer.
*If any returns do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. You may be responsible for shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse return items that have signs of wear or misuse/misconduct.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

to initiate your return. Please include the reason for your return in the email.
A USPS return label will be emailed to you. You may affix the return label to the poly mailer that your item was shipped in.
Return shipping fees will be debited from your refund total.
*We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. We do not reimburse for return shipping.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds/store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Due to limited stock in our items, we do not directly process exchanges. If you would like a different size, we recommend shipping your order back for a refund and placing a new order for the new size.
There is often delayed processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact your bank/credit card company if you have not seen your refund come through after a week.
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale only and are not eligible for return.
Embroidered products cannot be returned, so please be sure to double-check your size, color, initials for monograms, etc.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please closely review your items as soon as you receive them. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise or a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
immediately upon receipt of your items. Defective items must be reported within 2 days or the merchandise may not be returned.
